Troy Hartman is the owner and founder of Hartman Property Inspections, LLC. As a homeowner himself, Troy understands just how important it is to have a reliable, honest, and detail-oriented professional protecting your greatest investment. His passion for advocating for buyers, sellers, and property owners—especially during major life decisions—led him into the home inspection industry.
Troy is a Tennessee-licensed home inspector who has completed multiple intensive inspection training programs through state and nationally accredited schools. He is a Certified Master Inspector®, a distinction earned through advanced education, extensive field experience, and an ongoing commitment to excellence. Troy is also an active member of InterNACHI, where he continually expands his knowledge through ongoing training and continuing education.
In addition to comprehensive home and commercial inspections, Troy is certified in Radon Measurement and Mold/Air Quality Inspections, allowing him to provide a well-rounded evaluation of a property’s condition and safety.

Adi manages daily operations, including appointment scheduling, report delivery coordination, client follow-ups, and administrative logistics. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills help ensure inspections run efficiently and that clients receive timely, accurate information throughout the process. She takes pride in clear communication, responsiveness, and creating a professional yet friendly experience for every customer.

Olivia Hartman—Home Inspector in Training
Olivia Hartman represents the next generation of Hartman Property Inspections as a home inspector in training. Growing up in a family deeply involved in the inspection industry, Olivia has developed an early appreciation for construction, systems, and the importance of protecting homeowners through thorough and ethical inspections.
Under the direct mentorship of Troy Hartman, Olivia is actively learning the fundamentals of residential inspections, safety standards, and proper reporting practices. She participates in field training, observation, and hands-on education designed to build a strong foundation of knowledge and professionalism. Her training emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication—values that are central to the Hartman name.
